Handpainted delft blue chandelier, designed for the Andaz hotel in Amsterdam.

In his Delft Blue series Marcel Wanders reinvents a historical technique and material, bridging past and present by adding his signature contemporary twist to this tradition. The Delft Blue chandelier is completely handmade and hand-painted and each edition has its own, unique decoration.

The designs are a combination of traditional delft blue patterns and Marcel Wanders 'one minute' painting.
